The 12.4 boys team this year include 3 second year Magic players, who have all been able to help speed up the other 1st year players progression.
The boys finished grading strong with 4 consecutive wins to join the VJL 2 competition, which has them up against some strong 12.2 and 12.3 teams. All the boys are showing great commitment and are growing as players with some great wins to show for it over both Bulleen 12.3 & 12.4 teams.
I’m sure the highlight for the boys so far has been to get a league win over our very own 12.3s, but our focus for the second half of the year will be to turn our close competitive loses into wins.
Broken hands, Concussion and Severs have been playing their parts in trying to slow the boys down, though they continue to show great resilience and teamwork this season.
I hope they enjoy and are learning and look forward to following their Magic journeys.
