The 12.6 boys kicked off their season with a road trip to Adelaide’s Norwood Basketball Tournament. There were plenty of memorable and hard fought games in some historic basketball venue’s that the boys will certainly look back on with pride. They finished 3rd for their division at the tournament and Coach Darren has managed to build on this success throughout their season.
All boys are playing their first season for Hawthorn Magic and each have made enormous progress with their skills since beginning, this is evident in their much improved results. After Angus was out early nursing a broken arm, the full team is back and last week celebrated another great win. Lifelong friendships have certainly been formed and the 12.6 boys are climbing the ladder.
