Referee of the Year

The Technical Officials Commission (TOC) Hawthorn Branch is pleased to announce the 2019 award winners:

Referee of the Year – Alex Scott

The award for referee of the year goes to the referee that has represented the branch at the highest level. (VJBL, Big V, NBL1, WNBL, NBL). If multiple referees exist then the referee who ranks the highest in the VBRA state rankings wins the award. However if an official receives recognition from the VBRA (appointment to a final or a national championships) then this referee may be considered for this award.

One of my friends invited me to do the course with them. Turns out I really enjoyed it
