Basketball Hawthorn is currently seeking expressions of interest from businesses and organisations who would benefit from partnering with a progressive and professional community leader.
Basketball Hawthorn is the largest sport and community group in the Inner Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne with over 8,000 active members, and operates strongly within the very affluent City of Boroondara (highest average household income in the State).
Basketball Hawthorn is a leader in female participation with a state-wide benchmark of a 40:60 female to male ratio, and manages arguably one of the best junior representative programs in the Country having recently been named Junior Program of the Year at the 2019 Basketball Victoria Awards night.
Recently, Basketball Hawthorn completed a re-brand that included a name change, new logos and colour palette and subsequently new uniforms, apparel and merchandise will be rolled out ahead of the next competition season.
The strategic objective to re-brand comes off the back of significant governance and organisational change within the Association that has been required to achieve its strategic intent of creating a ‘Unified Association’.
The new uniforms will provide Basketball Hawthorn and the Magic Program with a professional, consistent, progressive and on-trend look that will see the organisation through its next phase.
The rebrand has created some fantastic new opportunities to partner with the Association as it goes through this exciting time of progress. Opportunities include but not limited to;
- Uniform Partner;
- Naming Rights of Senior Magic Program and/or teams;
- Naming Rights of the Junior Magic Program;
- Naming Rights of the Domestic Competition.
Basketball Hawthorn has other partnership opportunities via a number of new and exciting programs and initiatives, in particular in the area of early development (introductory programs) and inclusion.
If you would like to know more about the above opportunities or would like to register your interest, please email Basketball Hawthorn General Manager, Brock Rogers via gm@hawthornmagic.com.au.
