Other Associated Costs
Match Fees
At each game, each team must pay a “team sheet fee”, usually between $55 and $70 depending on what grade your team settles in.
To cover this fee, Team Managers will collect funds from each player, through a ‘kitty’ process.

Stadium entry Fees
Friday night game venues charge between $3.00 and $3.50 entry fee for each player and spectator.

Tournament entry Fees
Other than the Eltham Tournament all other Tournament Fees are in addition to player registration fees.

Refunds

Refund of a player withdrawing from the program, will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and require approval from the Executive committee.
Player withdrawals are disruptive to team selection/coaches and create considerable work for coordinators. The club may only consider a 50% refund if it is due to extenuating circumstances that are medically related and can be verified by a doctors certificate.
