questions and answers

To register into the Season, please follow these steps to create a PlayHQ
account to enable you to complete your registration:

1.      Create your PlayHQ account here
2.      Complete your details on the “Sign up to PlayHQ” form
3.      Enter a verification code that is emailed to you
4.      Log in for the first time and complete the registration.

Once you have verified your PlayHQ account, you will be taken to the login page.
Enter your email address and the password you set earlier and click the Login button.

A parent/guardian will be required to set up a new PlayHQ Profile Account.

After successfully doing so you will then be able to register your son/daughter as a family member/dependent and quickly complete registration.

(**It is important to note, that when registering you MUST first set up a PlayHQ account as a parent).  Please use an email that you will likely have long term (i.e. a personal one and not work or education).  You will need this to log into your account in the future. You are also able to add an additional parent to each child’s account if you wish.

If a PlayHQ Profile Account has already been set up for registration to another basketball competition, then the same PlayHQ Profile Account should be used for this and all other registrations.
