The Technical Officials Commission (TOC) Hawthorn Branch is pleased to announce the 2019 award winners:
Domestic Referee of the Year – John Beaton
This award is to take into account the impact a nominated official makes across the sessions they are rostered. Evaluations and referee coaches comments are also taken into heavy consideration. This particular referee has shown considerable improvement and an eagerness to test themselves on the better games across several sessions at Basketball Hawthorn.
